This article will deploy the perspective of Digital Humanities in their qualitative and experiential version. They imply interdisciplinarity realized here by a co-authorship and the fruitful association between emergency medicine, the "Digital Humanities" and the study of the uses of technologies. More specifically, we will examine, from Conversation Analysis (CA) and Interactional Linguistics (IL), a medical interaction supported by technologies (telephone), recorded at the very beginning of the Covid Sars-19 health crisis.
